Tá na Obra is the tool that guarantees the safety of your work

Tá na Obra is an integrated system developed to bring more safety and efficiency to works in progress. It was designed by Evo Systems to be a tool to assist and monitor employees on construction sites, meeting the growing need for detailed control and supervision within organizations, especially in sectors where the location and activity of employees are crucial to operational efficiency and safety. .

Challenge

Construction companies face several significant challenges in managing their teams. The lack of precise control over the entry and exit of employees results in difficulties in guaranteeing attendance and punctuality, in addition to complicating the correct recording of hours worked. The impossibility of monitoring in real time who had access to workplaces made it difficult to supervise activities and increased the risk of entry by unauthorized people. These gaps in supervision contribute to safety risks for employees, as uncontrolled movement and the absence of up-to-date information about workers' locations increase the likelihood of accidents and dangerous situations in the workplace.

As a way to solve all these problems at once, Evo Systems developed an integrated system for monitoring works called Tá na Obra.

Transformation_

The main objective of the Tá na Obra project is to provide managers with a tool for monitoring and managing their teams in real time. The proposal is to improve operational efficiency, increase employee safety and ensure compliance with labor standards. Furthermore, the system aims to facilitate the administration of human resources, offering accurate and detailed data on the presence and activities of employees.

Features and Functionalities

  1. Real-time monitoring: Track employee location and activity in real time, allowing managers to know exactly where each team member is and what they are doing.

  2. Advanced time tracking: Record not only the start and end of the day, but also movements and breaks during the workday.

  3. Activity status: Capture information about employee activity status, such as working, on break, or commuting.

  4. Security: Increase workplace security by ensuring employees are in designated areas and preventing unauthorized access.

  5. Real-time notifications: Receive instant alerts and notifications about unexpected movements or non-standard activities.

  6. Intuitive interface: Easy-to-use control panel, allowing managers to monitor and manage their teams efficiently.

Problems Resolved

  • Operational efficiency: Improved time and human resource management, ensuring employees are in the right location and carrying out their assigned tasks.

  • Employee safety: Increased safety by monitoring location and activities, preventing accidents and unauthorized access.

  • Compliance with standards: Ensuring compliance with labor standards through detailed recording of employee activities.

  • Increased productivity: Minimizing unproductivity through strict time control and continuous monitoring.

  • Data-based decisions: Providing accurate data for productivity and efficiency analysis, helping to make strategic decisions.

Tá na Obra goes beyond traditional time control methods, offering a complete solution for real-time monitoring of employees. Through activity monitoring technologies, the system provides a continuous view of the location and status of each employee throughout the working day. This feature is especially valuable for companies in construction, manufacturing and other sectors where the physical presence and movement of employees directly impacts productivity and safety.

Strategy

Tá na Obra works in a simple way, making its use easy and pleasant for users. What site employees must do is register their entry to the site through the turnstile and facial recognition. In this way, the system displays this employee's data in the Tá na Obra system, including the time of their entry and exit, in the same way they entered, using the turnstile and facial recognition. When exiting, the system updates its status to “offline”, informing the person in charge of the system. It will be necessary to train all employees so that, whenever they enter and leave the site, they go through the turnstile and facial recognition to update the system and store their information.

To apply the product in companies, it is necessary to list locations so that registration can be carried out, as well as information on positions, teams and shifts for each employee. It is a process carried out only at the time of application that will make day-to-day life on construction sites easier.
