Papersoft, a Portuguese company specializing in banking solutions, with a focus mainly on Africa and Europe, faced the challenge of rapidly increasing its team to serve new clients. The expansion of the team for the execution of new projects needed to be immediate and rely on expertise in UI/UX design and secure development.
To ensure sustainable growth, the partnership with Evo Systems became strategic, allowing them to increase their project execution capacity, as well as develop design systems during the specification phase, without the time-consuming process of hiring new employees.

Evo Systems came to Papersoft to improve specific solutions. After a successful initial performance, the Portuguese company entrusted us with the mission of designing a joint project to serve one of its clients. The new project, for a major African bank, involved restructuring the UX/FrontEnd of a solution covering numerous functionalities such as opening accounts with facial recognition, sending documents, identifying texts with AI, among other applications.
Evo Systems' approach was based on a deep understanding of Papersoft's needs, including face-to-face visits and careful alignment with the company's established processes. This allowed us to develop a project with maximum quality and operational efficiency.
Through an innovative and mature methodology, already tested on several clients in the banking sector, Papersoft monitors the entire project process.
